In this role you will deliver exceptional personalized service to our high‑net‑worth members, managing a wide variety of lifestyle requests across travel, dining, retail, entertainment and exclusive experiences with a strong focus on the Middle East market.

• Manage end-to-end member requests, delivering tailored recommendations and exceptional service within agreed timeframes.
