Luxury Retail Property Manager – Leases & Expansion

Lumesse is seeking a Property Manager based in Auckland to manage a national portfolio of retail property leases. You will develop an exceptional network in the retail industry and monitor existing leases while proposing initiatives to maintain an acceptable rent/sales ratio.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management and knowledge of Auckland's luxury retail precincts. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential. The role includes opportunities for professional development and employee discounts.
