InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay is seeking a Guest Experience Agent who excites guests with personalised luxury service from arrival to departure. You’ll be part of the Front Office team, acting as a brand ambassador and building memorable moments that align with IHG's standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in luxury hospitality, strong communication, and a passion for creating guest journeys. UAE market experience is advantageous, and Opera PMS knowledge is preferred.
