Luxury Guest Experience Architect

Six Senses Crans-Montana is seeking a Guest Experience Maker Coordinator (GEM) to realize the brand vision of exceptional, personalized hospitality. You will liaise with departments, manage guest profiles, and ensure smooth arrivals and transfers.

You will uphold LQA standards, coordinate with the Six Senses app, greet guests with welcome drinks, and assist with reservations while maintaining exemplary guest service and communication in French and English.
