Luxury Front Desk Agent – Guest Experience & VIP Service

SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, part of the All-Inclusive Collection, is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests and ensure a welcoming, seamless experience. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, manage reservations and use the PMS, while reflecting the bold, playful SO/ brand identity and delivering exceptional guest service around the clock.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a polished appearance, with weekends and holidays as part of shifts.
