The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of luxury lodge experience, possess guiding qualifications such as FGASA Level 2, and demonstrate strong birding knowledge and storytelling skills. The role includes conducting game drives and managing lodge operations with a guest-first mindset, ensuring high standards in service delivery and guest satisfaction.
