Luxury Boutique Field Trainer: On-Floor Coaching & Growth

Christian Dior Couture in United Arab Emirates is seeking a Boutique Field Trainer responsible for identifying training gaps and delivering on‑the‑field programs, including the monthly Diorly calendar in collaboration with boutique managers.

The role spends time on the shop floor observing, coaching Sales Associates, and measuring performance through KPIs, NPS and CX reports; it completes the in‑boutique onboarding for new joiners, including training on Dior apps and retail platforms.
