Minimum Requirements Proven Lutron product knowledge is essential. Minimum of 35 years experience in sales within the smart home, lighting control, electrical, or automation industry. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in consultative and solution-based selling. Strong understanding of lighting control and shading systems. Established relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors will be advantageous. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness. Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven.
