- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Arcola Co‑op vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives, with a strong customer focused approach.

- Assist the Home Centre team and store leadership in the following areas as assigned.
- Initiate, develop, and implement policies and innovations that will ensure the growth in sales, service, and earnings.
