What will you do as our Welcome Ambassador?
You are the first face that our guests see when they arrive to W London, make it memorable! Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area, assist with luggage storage and retrieval. Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage Being in the know: You are the expert when it comes to the hotel and the city, and you know all the ins and outs on our hotel facilities and possibilities in and around the hotel.
