Job Description
Leprino Lubbock is seeking a L2 Cheese Line Attendant.
The L2 Cheese Line Attendant is responsible for monitoring block product lines, support product inspection, addback, efficient block production operations, and continuous up time.
All other duties as assigned.
This position pays $21.35. There is an additional $1 differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am. Weekly pay.
Job Duties:
+ Follow all applicable safety rules and regulations, and work in a manner consistent with safe operating procedures according to applicable company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
+ Properly clean and sanitize all equipment following good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
+ Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervision.
+ MES navigation and computer data entry (cheese sample results, cage load & unload tracking).
+ Navigate and operate conveyor controls through wonderware HMI.
