Position Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the general well-being of Residents through the delivery of high‑quality services in a manner that is consistent with the policies, procedures and philosophies of Park Place Seniors Living Inc. The LPN Team Leader will provide basic assessment and treatments, personal care, medication administration, and delegated health services to the Residents, as well as providing support and giving direction to the Care Staff. The LPN Team Leader will at all times demonstrate support of Park Place policies and procedures and conduct themselves in a professional manner in all situations.
