LOCATION: Benevolence Care Centre, St NW, Edmonton AB

JOB TITLE: Licensed Practical Nurse – This is a unionized AUPE position.

HOURS: CASUAL (24 hour Home)

REPORTS TO: Care Manager

JOB SUMMARY: The Licensed Practical Nurse is an integrated member of the interdisciplinary care team and is responsible for providing direct Resident care within the scope of practice as defined by the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA), the Continuing Competency Program (CCP), and as noted in the Collaborative Care Model. The LPN participates in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care and adheres to the Park Place Seniors Living Policy and Procedure Manual.
