Loyalty Specialist

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading retail group in Saudi Arabia to recruit a customer-focused Loyalty Specialist to support the execution and enhancement of customer loyalty and engagement initiatives across the organization. The Loyalty Specialist will play a key role in driving customer retention, increasing member engagement, and supporting CRM and loyalty campaigns through data-driven insights and operational excellence. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless omni-channel loyalty experience across digital and in-store touchpoints.
