Loyalty Manager (LATAM)
Aqua Expeditions is looking for a dynamic Loyalty Manager to lead the Trade Loyalty and Guest Loyalty Programs. The role focuses on maximizing repeat sales and building long‑term relationships with trade partners and guests.
Responsibilities
- Trade Loyalty Program Management
- Create and implement engagement strategies to boost partner registration, activation, and performance.
- Provide actionable insights to the Sales Team to drive partner engagement and increase sales.
- Track and analyze KPIs, budget, and costs; deliver monthly performance reports to the Executive Committee.
- Collaborate with technical partners to implement platform enhancements.
- Guest Loyalty Program Management
- Develop personalized engagement strategies with Marketing, Sales, Reservations, Operations, and CRM.
