As a Loss Prevention Lead, you will report directly to the Store General Manager and play a pivotal role in minimizing both internal and external losses. Your positive engagement with customers and your presence during high-risk hours will set the tone for safety and security on the sales floor. Additionally, you'd be responsible for training associates on loss prevention expectations and maintaining product security.
