Look Development TD: Shading & Rendering Expert (Hybrid)

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking Look Development Technical Directors to lead the creative process in producing high-quality lookdev and shading. You will collaborate closely with Lighting Supervisors and CG Supervisors, designing computer-generated objects and ensuring efficient shader setups.

The ideal candidate will have substantial VFX experience, including creating hero assets and an aesthetic eye to anticipate potential issues. This hybrid role requires being on-site at least two days a week and offers opportunities for creativity and collaboration.
