Long-term child care needed for a 4-year-old in Dublin

We are looking for a reliable, experienced caregiver to look after our 4-year-old after preschool. The role involves afternoon pickups, playtime, and light meals at our home in Dublin. We’d prefer someone who is CRB/ Garda Vetting checked, has first aid training, and is comfortable with a short daily routine that includes story time, crafts, and outdoor play. Availability for 4-5 days a week, 3-5 hours per day, with occasional weekend coverage as needed. We value a warm, patient, and communicative approach, and would like the caregiver to help with gentle activities that support early learning and social skills. English-speaking preferred, and if possible some basic Irish language exposure would be a bonus.
