The role

will combine delivery leadership, business development, and team growth responsibilities with a focus on leading large-scale underwriting transformation programmes and shaping the future of digital underwriting 

What your days will look like: 

Oversee large-scale underwriting transformation programmes from strategy through execution 

Define best practice frameworks for specialty and commercial lines underwriting journeys, operating models and product governance 

Lead delivery of client engagements focused on underwriting process improvement, product model design, underwriting workbenches and core policy administration platforms

Manage teams working on business analysis, process mapping, system implementation, and product definition 

Collaborate with underwriting, product, and operations stakeholders across mid-market and specialty lines
