Permanent People are working with a global recruitment business who are looking for an experienced IT contract recruitment leader to head up and grow their London contract division. The team already has strong foundations in place - including six recruiters and an established Practice Lead with over 10 years’ tenure - alongside a substantial network of legacy clients, candidates and existing contractors.

This isn’t a rebuild.

It’s an opportunity to take ownership of an established, high-potential division within the global headquarters of a highly respected technology recruitment business.

The focus will be on continuing to grow the contract IT offering across areas such as Data, Software Engineering and wider Technology, whilst also coaching, mentoring and developing junior recruiters into high-performing consultants.
