Logistics/Shipping Operations Officer

Location: Central Singapore

Our client is a well-established logistics company seeking a Logistics Operations Executive to support daily freight operations and ensure smooth shipment coordination.

• Coordinate import and export shipments via air and sea freight.
• Prepare and process shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with customers, carriers, transport providers, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Resolve operational issues and support daily logistics activities.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Familiar with shipping documentation and import/export procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
