LOGISTICS & TRANSPORT MANAGER

We are looking for a hands‑on, operations‑driven Logistics & Transport Manager to take full ownership of our last‑mile delivery and fleet operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our F&B supply chain—leading a team of drivers to ensure that stock moves seamlessly from our central warehouses to our diverse portfolio of internal and external customer sites. Your primary mission is to guarantee 100% on‑time, in‑full deliveries while maintaining vehicle safety and optimizing daily rosters.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of delivery drivers and transport assistants.
• Plan and manage daily/weekly work rosters to ensure adequate manpower coverage for peak periods, public holidays, and sick leave, minimizing operational disruptions.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals, provide coaching, and address disciplinary or performance issues promptly.
