BAE Systems is seekinga Logistics Software Engineer IIIto support our work as a prime contractor on a high-profile U.S. Navy weapon system.The qualified candidate will join our UK Logistics/CLASP team in Rockville, MD and support the U.S. and UK users of the Comprehensive Logistics Automated Support Program (CLASP) which provides U.S. logistics data to support the UK Trident II Strategic Weapon System (SWS), Strategic Weapons Support Systems (SWSS), and Selected Ship Systems (SSS) for the UK Vanguard and Dreadnought class Trident II submarines. CLASP also provides online processing and monitoring of UK requisitions submitted to the U.S. CLASP is sponsored by our U.S. Navy s Strategic Systems Program (SSP) logistics customer. The successful candidate will be involved with learning the features and functionality of CLASP, as well as interacting with customers and the BAE Systems CLASP engineers.
