Job Description
Medipost is recruiting for a Logistics Services Agent reporting to Logistics Services Manager. The purpose of the role is to attend queries and complaints regarding patients' medication.
Responsibilities
- To deliver a high standard of customer service and to meet customer needs
- Ensure 1st time query resolution within agreed timelines
- Lost call rate to be < 2.5% per month
- Calls answered within 40 seconds
- Customer Satisfaction Score 98% or higher with zero complaints
- Always comply with company policies and procedures
- Adhere to good housekeeping practices
- Investigate, resolve, and provide feedback on Courier Complaints within agreed timelines
- Log Courier Complaint Service Failures as per SOP
- Ensure that Losts / replacements are created as per SOP guidelines
- Ensure that Tracking Queries are attended to and feedback provided within agreed timelines...
