LOGISTICS PLANNER | GROUPAGE | DUBLIN 15 | PERMANENT 
We are seeking an organised and hands-on Transport Planner to join our client's logistics team in Dublin 15.
THE ROLE| 
You will coordinate domestic groupage operations across Ireland, ensuring efficient routing, strong communication, and reliable daily delivery performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES| 
Plan daily delivery routes nationwide, ensuring efficient use of vehicles and drivers
Liaise with carriers, subcontractors, and drivers on daily operations, monitoring deliveries, resolving discrepancies, damages, and delays
Handle customer queries, delivery updates, and ad-hoc quotations
Manage Proof of Delivery (POD) tracking and follow-ups
Support invoicing and ensure accurate documentation
Participate in out-of-hours support rota when needed on a limited basis
