The role

This role helps keep loads moving and supports the Executive Director with the admin behind the fleet, from dispatch and fuel through to forex, claims and debtors. You keep these processes running accurately and on time, and take routine work off the Executive Director’s desk.

Dispatch & load execution support Help get loads dispatched on time. Confirm truck and driver allocations, make sure the briefing and paperwork are sorted before departure, and follow loads through to delivery.

Fuel ordering & reconciliation Place fuel orders for the fleet using approved suppliers and the trip plan. Track each order to delivery, check the fuel drawn against expected usage, and report anything that looks...
