Logistics Executive (Freight Forwarding)

The Roles & Responsibilities of an Executive - Logistic are as follows and from time to time, your immediate supervisor / management may change and guide you accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipment booking activities accurately and within the agreed KPI.
• Coordinate with customers, origin offices, carriers, and internal stakeholders regarding booking arrangements.
• Ensure all booking details are updated correctly in the system.
• Monitor booking status and follow up on pending or rejected bookings.
• Prepare and validate shipping documentation related to bookings.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
• Escalate operational issues or delays when necessary.
• Maintain good communication and collaboration with internal and external parties.
• Ensure compliance with SOP and operational guidelines.
