Logistics & Documentation Coordinator

Position Overview

Our client a leading company in the frozen food industry is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Documentation Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics operations and ensure the timely flow of import export and local distribution activities. This role requires hands‑on experience in temperature-controlled logistics strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders and excellent knowledge of all shipping customs and regulatory documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments (import/export) of frozen and perishable goods.
• Manage and track shipment schedules delivery timelines and container allocations.
• Liaise with freight forwarders shipping lines carriers and transport partners.
