Logistics & Delivery Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the trip operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products or services
• Organize transportation schedules and routes for the movement of goods and materials
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies and ensure timely ordering and replenishment as needed
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and receipts, and ensure all documentation is properly prepared and processed
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure timely deliveries
• Resolve any issues or delays related to shipments and deliveries, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
