Day to Day:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day shipment activity, with a heavy focus on coordinating incoming and outgoing truck traffic across multiple sites. This role acts as the central point of contact for drivers, carriers, and site personnel—ensuring loads are scheduled, tracked, and delivered on time.
The coordinator will track the flow of trucks, proactively communicating with drivers and vendors to confirm arrival times, resolve delays, and adjust schedules as needed. They will work closely with site teams to ensure proper staging, unloading, and documentation, while maintaining constant visibility into where shipments are at all times.
