- Manage full cycle order fulfillment for company products and shipments
- Process PO escalation to the supply chain team on products with long lead time
- Release PO into SAP, request stock allocations and maintain accurate delivery dates
- Act as the customer catalyst monitoring to minimize risk of delayed deliveries
- Communicate regularly with customers, Channels Sales and BD teams on issues and provide timely updates
- Coordinate transportation bookings with international freight forwarders and monitor delivery movements
- Optimize import routes/shipping lanes to reduce transportation costs
- Collaborate with agents to facilitate customs clearance on import shipments or those requiring CARNET within APAC
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment processing with 4PL/3PL and internal team
