The role in one line:

You make sure every order leaves on time, arrives intact, and the money comes back. In Pakistan's COD-heavy skincare market, this function is the difference between profit and loss.

What you'll own:

• Order dispatch — confirm, pack, and hand off to courier within 24 hours of a paid or COD order
• Courier management — daily tracking across TCS, Leopards, PostEx, or Trax. Escalate failed deliveries before the customer complains
• Multi-vendor coordination — manage relationships across multiple courier partners so we are never dependent on one COD provider
• COD reconciliation — track cash-on-delivery payments due, received, and outstanding. Weekly reconciliation sheet
• Returns & RTO handling — manage return-to-origin rate, identify root causes, reduce it. Every returned order costs us two orders
• Order verification — confirm order accuracy before dispatch. Wrong quantity leaving the ware...
