Our client is looking for a Logistics Consultant with client interaction and a strong analytical background to join their Gauteng Team.

Duties & Responsibilities

The position involves overseeing franchise and driver performance, ensuring operational compliance, and reporting. Responsibilities include:

• Understanding operational levers
• Training and enforcing SOPs
• Contributing to SOP improvement
• Maintaining service levels
• Monitoring branch adherence to agreements and KPIs
• Managing weekly KPIs
• Conducting audits
• Traveling as needed
• Addressing key branch tracking metrics related to driver growth, performance, complaints, and customer satisfaction
• Compiling weekly reports for feedback and action
