Logistics Assistant Manager

1) Warehouse Operations

• Manage daily inbound, outbound, receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization and storage optimization.
• Maintain FIFO and inventory traceability standards.
• Ensure proper handling of products and warehouse safety compliance.

2) Logistics & Shipping

• Coordinate local and international shipments.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, suppliers and customers.
• Monitor shipment schedules and delivery performance.
• Handle shipping documentation, customs, and export/import requirements.
• Resolve delivery and logistics issues promptly.

3) Team Management

• Supervise warehouse personnel and daily work allocation.
• Train and coach warehouse staff.
