Job Description
OBJECTIVE
Using established Systems and Procedures, support on the preparation of the documents required in Foreign and Mexican Custom. Provides support for the operation of the department in administrative tasks.
MAIN FUNCTIONS- Analyzes efficient options to document and coordinate shipments.
- Responsible for sending the pertinent information to process Import/Export procedures.
- Maintains contact with Transportation Companies and Customs Agencies, scheduling and confirming movements in order to have an efficient flow of goods.
- Makes monthly reports which are necessary to submit reports to the internal areas as they may request.
- Controls the report of warehouse inventory entries in the USA and generates the revision order of machinery and equipment.
Bachelor Degree or Technical Studies in Foreign Trade and Customs or similar career or equivalent experience.
