Logistic Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Transportation Specialists to join a rapidly growing team. The team is responsible for driving the end-to-end operational execution of all loads shipped on our 1P network. This involves supporting regions and shippers across the supply chain network and ensuring on-time pickup and delivery of freight. The role requires addressing disruptions, keeping all stakeholders informed, and ensuring timely resolution. The team serves as the first line of defense in understanding network trends, delays, and other exceptions that impact our ability to deliver a world-class transportation product.
Responsibilities

+ Provide excellent carrier and driver experience in a high-volume contact center environment by researching, problem-solving, and setting appropriate expectations.
