Supply Chain Operations is part of Vestas' growing and evolving Service Business Unit. The department is responsible for planning, repair, certification and technical support for service tools.
Responsibilities
- Receive tool demand from Service, adopt to PR, support team
- Respond promptly to turbines stopped while waiting for tools
- Keep the budget for tools in the country/subregion
- Minimize the tools reported as lost in the country/subregion
- Ensure tool certification engaging with stakeholders at different levels
- Organize tools certification (onsite or offsite) and ensure certificates are uploaded correctly
