We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee daily transportation and shipment operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication, efficient equipment flow, and high service levels across the logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of shipment information between owner/operators, drayage vendors, terminal teams, and rail operators.
• Communicate and manage notifications related to train delays, ensuring all impacted plants are informed promptly.
• Collaborate with logistics providers to resolve routing or design issues, especially for new or changing lanes.
• Monitor revenue opportunities and capacity needs across terminal and regional fleets to ensure service commitments are met.
