Job scope :

• Manage the receipt, verification, and processing of shipping and operational documents while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with customers to confirm shipping requirements, delivery arrangements, and preferred shipment modes through Email, Teams, or phone communication.
• Prepare and issue sales orders, billing documents, and supporting paperwork accurately within the ERP system while maintaining timely processing.
• Update and maintain operational records in Excel, match packing lists with the shipment management system (SMS), and ensure accurate inventory‑related transactions.
• Perform ERP‑related tasks including purchase requests, goods receipts, stock transfers, and weekly/monthly cycle count updates.
