About the Position:
The Login Clerk 2 is responsible for sample receipt and log-in, client services, data entry, and sample subletting as well as bottle preparation.
Specific Responsibilities
- Accepts samples and accurately processes cash payments in accordance with internal accounting practices for sample processing from private clients, enters all payments into the appropriate file
- Labeling select workorders under supervision
- Accurate Data entry of all Chain of Custody information into internal Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
- Provides assistance and feedback to clients regarding basic questions arising in sample receipt area
