Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for exceptional guest service? We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at a luxury five-star safari lodge and deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, bush dinners and private dining experiences.
Lead, coach and motivate the restaurant service team.
Ensure exceptional five-star service standards and personalised guest experiences.
Work closely with the Executive Chef, Bar and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service.
Manage staff rosters, training and performance.
Monitor stock, breakages, service equipment and cost controls.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety and health & safety compliance....
