Luxury Game Lodge in Mnambithi – Assistant Lodge Manager
We are looking for an Assistant Lodge Manager to oversee guest services, staff performance, and operational excellence in our luxury lodge located in Mnambithi, KZN.
Responsibilities
- Monitor delivery of service to guests.
- Revise existing standards continually with new and better service ideas.
- Motivate, energize, lead, and inspire staff to implement creative ideas enhancing the guest experience.
- Conduct regular staff assessments and ensure accountability for uniforms.
- Report operational information to finance for month‑end.
- Maintain hygiene standards to recognized international levels.
- Ensure emergency procedures and evacuations are in place and understood by staff.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
- Manage lodge procurement, ordering, and stock control.
