Locum Registered Nurse — Subacute Rehab Shift Lead

Faircape Health in Somerset West is seeking a Locum Registered Nurse to rotate between our subacute care and rehabilitation facilities. The role involves leading nursing shifts, coordinating MDT, and delivering compassionate, high‑quality care to residents across short-term, long-term, dementia, respite and palliative needs.

You will implement individualized care plans, monitor residents, oversee medication administration, and supervise staff to maintain safety and infection control within a
