Locum ICU Hospitalist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary care team ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflows within the ICU.
• Proactively manage critically ill patients utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and interventions to stabilize and improve patient outcomes.
• Perform complex procedures including central line placement, intubation and bronchoscopy with precision and proficiency.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments and evidence‑based medicine.

Qualifications

• Possesses a medical degree (MD or DNB) and is board‑certified or board‑eligible in Critical Care Medicine or Anesthesia with additional certification and experience in Critical Care.
• Holds a valid medical license and is eligible for licensure in the state where the position is located.
