JOB TITLE: LOCATION MANAGER
DESCRIPTION: Secure and manage locations for a Love Island or Big Brother–style unscripted series, including the main house and recurring challenge or date sites, overseeing permits, access, basecamp planning, community relations, and site restoration while ensuring safety, discretion, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Scout and secure primary house and recurring challenge/date locations.
- Obtain permits, agreements, and clearances with full documentation.
- Negotiate location fees and manage location budgets.
- Liaise with property owners, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
- Plan access, parking, basecamp, power, holding areas, and crowd control.
- Coordinate with Art, Challenges, Safety, Security, and Production on builds, resets, and protection zones.
