Job Description
Location: Norfolk (covering five homeownership estates across the county)
Contract: Permanent, part-time
Working Pattern: 27 hours per week
Salary: £29,870 per annum, pro rata
A career as a Housing Location Manager (also known as a Scheme Manager or Estate Manager) is all about helping older people enjoy independence, security and a sense of belonging within their community.
Please note: This role is based across five homeownership estates. Approximately 10 hours per week will be spent at Dunkerley Court (Stalham), 8 hours at Sherwyn House (Norwich), and 9 hours working remotely. Monthly visits are also required to Rowan Gardens (Hethersett), Manor Court (Hingham) and Marlborough Court (Sprowston).
