**Position Summary**

WSP is seeking a strategic, collaborative, entrepreneurial and client-focused professional to serve as **Local Office Leader, Southern Wisconsin** with a focus on municipal, county and state clients supporting the operational performance, growth, and leadership of our Wisconsin Transportation Practice. This role is designed to strengthen our leadership capacity in Wisconsin and ensure continuity in delivering excellence across our four strategic pillars: **People & Culture, Clients, Operational Excellence, and Expertise** .

The Local Office Leader will work closely with District Leadership to drive initiatives, mentor staff, and manage key client relationships and project portfolios.
