What you’ll do

We are looking for a Lobby Ambassador Intern to join the SLS Barcelona team. Under the guidance of the Front Office and Guest Experience teams, you will act as a key point of contact in the lobby, delivering exceptional guest service from arrival to departure and ensuring memorable first and last impressions.

You will:

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, creating a positive and lasting first impression.
• Maintain a visible and engaging presence in the lobby, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Support valet operations when needed, including assisting guests with luggage handling, room escorting, and providing in-room orientation when required.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, events, and local attractions.
