Loan Processor I - Temporary (18 month contract)

Responsibilities

Review new deal packets within 1 business day and communicate any funding delays by phone and email promptly.

Document all communication with dealers, borrowers, and internal events.

Complete employer verification, insurance verification, and borrower welcome call.

Meet processing expectation metrics on a consistent basis, including reviewing and responding to correspondence from dealers the same day.

Effectively handle escalated non‑responsive deals and communicate with dealers in a professional manner.

Maintain positive working relationships with dealers and underwriters.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.).
• Experience in loan processing preferred.
