Job Description
Overview
We have an opportunity available in Sandton for a experienced Loadings Controller.
Responsibilities
- Data Maintenance: Pre-Advised Truck Capturing: Ensure all pre-advised trucks provided by LSPs are accurately captured and updated in the WIRE loading order system daily. No pending entries should remain for the next day.
- ETA Amendments and Communication: Update all ETA changes from LSPs in the WIRE system daily. Maintain and save a current ETA schedule on the Share Drive each day. Outdated or missing ETAs must be followed up with the LSP via email on the same day.
- Wire Discrepancy Report: Prepare a daily wire discrepancy report highlighting variances identified between the two systems, and distribute the report via email and the Southbound Logistics WeChat group.
- MMS Follow-up: Issue weekly formal communications to MMS summarizing outstanding discrepancies and actively track and follow up until full resolution. ...
